Introduction to Zwei Association
The Zwei are the essential 'police' force of the City.
They specialize in defensive jobs, taking jobs from clients to protect them. Not only that, but they are expected to protect sections of the Backstreets if paid enough, acting as the defacto authority around the location in order to do their jobs.

- Protect the City
