On the Departmental Agents Station Trait, the following abilities activate based off your chosen department.

Department Chosen Effects
Control Gain a +10% Movespeed Bonus
Information Gain a +10 buff to Work Speed and Work Bonus
Training Gain +1 stat when working.
Safety Gain +10 to Fortitude and Prudence
Command Gain +3 to all stats.
Welfare Gain a +7% damage reduction boost
Disciplinary Gain a +15% damage boost
Records Increase maximum Attributes from 130 to 150
Extraction Gain +5 to Fortitude, Prudence and Justice
