Gamemode Rules

1. This gamemode has a high standard of roleplay: Staff are at liberty to issue low level sanctions if your style of play is seen interfering with that.
   • Players are expected to stay in character at all times. Failure to do so can result in punitive action from staff.
2. Players filling the roles of abnormalities are free to act in an adversarial capacity. The severity may be roughly informed by the zone and level of containment
   • Reminder that Abnormalities will not naturally respawn. Do not ask for a respawn without bugs occurring
   • Being left alone without interaction for long periods of time is a valid and expected reason to breach containment.

Research	All Research	Telling abnormalities to breach	You are not explicitly allowed to tell abnormalities to breach.
	All Research	Roleplay with abnormalities	Your primary job is to roleplay with abnormalities. You may perform research with LC Staff as assistants.
	All Research	Good Faith	You must always act in good faith for Limbus Company IC, and for the good of the game OOC.
Security Team	All Security Staff	Breaching Abnormalities	You must always inform Breaching abnormalities that they are to be killed upon breach before killing them. Give them a chance to get back into the cell, and if they decline, then you may kill them.
	All Security Staff	Contained Abnormalities	You may spend time roleplaying with the abnormalities as you wish.
	All Security Staff	Civilian Weapons	All department heads are allowed to have a weapon. Aside this, only security staff should have weapons.	Abnormality breaches, High alerts.
	Damage Mitigation Officer	Combating Breaching Abnormalities	Your primary goal is to keep the command section safe, along with the command staff inside it.
	Damage Exasperation Officer	Combating Breaching Abnormalities	You should let Low-security attempt to take on the threats themselves before assisting.	You are allowed to immediately move to high-sec to assist

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to man the security checkpoint all round?

A: No. Generally if someone needs to get into HSZ or LSZ they will ask over radio. Your primary goal is to keep abnormalities safe.

Q: When can I breach as an abnormality?

A: At any time in roleplay, or when you are ignored for long enough. Reminder that as an abnormality, death is permanent. If you die, your round is over.

Don't be afraid of breaching if you feel like your arc is over.

Q: When can I breach as a Peccetulum?

A: At any time. You exist to cause problems.

Q: Do I have to listen to X?

A: You should always listen to your department head; the District manager and Limbus Company Asset Protection. Aside from that

• Other Department heads likely have the best interests in mind.
• Internal Police have the power to detain you if they feel like you are a hazard to the facility.
