The Local Association has two main goals: Run the Association and issue orders to the subsidiary.

With the lack of Hana in the area, the local association will have to take care of fixer assignments.

Fixers MUST be set to either Subsidiary or Association office. If they are assigned to the association office, you may retrieve an ID and set of gear for them. Headsets are required.

When assigned to the subsidiary office, you should offer pointers on how to get there, and might need to assist them in getting gear.
